How long does it take to dispatch an order?Updated 2 years ago

For smaller times we will dispatch your order within 1 - 3 business days* and for larger items we will dispatch your order within 3 - 5 business days*. 

For items purchased for pre-order, an estimate on lead time is provided on the product page at time of purchase, and can also be found on your order confirmation.  

Once your items have shipped from our warehouse, you will get notification via email or text message with a tracking number/reference number attached. For smaller items, the tracking number will be linked to the carrier tracking website, while larger items will have details for you to contact the courier directly. 

*during peak periods such as sale or special events, dispatch times may be impacted. We endeavor to communicate delays at time of purchase, and you can refer to shipping estimates on the product page and our shipping policy.
